教學歷程檔案

教學歷程檔案於2007年建立,是一個以網誌為本的平台,可供學員在本科學習期間建立屬於他們自己的歷程檔案,也可在他們畢業後繼續成為教學支援社群。這是一個學術平台,讓學員建構他們的實踐成果、知識、技能及身份,同時提供一個互動、協作的專業發展環境。

教學歷程檔案包括每個學員的教育哲學、教案、原創教材、教室為本的研究報告節本、關於教室管理、課堂設計、師生關係、本科知識等教與學的反思。網誌平台可供學員上載課堂錄像、相片及圖像,也可讓學員參加與同儕、教授及前線教師的互動交流。

Set up in 2007, Teaching Portfolio is a blog-based platform which allows students to build up their own profile during their undergraduate years of study and remain in the teaching support community after graduation. It is an academic platform for constructing their work, knowledge, skills, and identity. It also provides a dialogic and collaborative environment for professional development.

Teaching Portfolio contains teaching philosophy of individual student, lesson plans, self-developed instructional materials, abridged classroom-based research reports, and reflections on aspects of teaching and learning, such as, classroom management, classroom language, design of lesson, teacher-students relationship, subject knowledge, etc.. It allows students to upload recorded lessons, photos and scanned images and take part in interactive exchanges with peers, professors and front-line teachers.
