English Teacher Education on the Net
The ETENet was set up in June 2005 with the aims of promoting collaborative learning, peer support and professional growth among English teaching professionals in an e-environment, the comprehensive electronic database of ETENet contains more than 300 self-developed teaching and learning materials contributed by student-teachers and faculty members. These materials include:
- sample lesson plans;
- task-based learning packages;
- online interactive exercises;
- short stories;
- analysis of text-types;
- schemes of work for NSS English electives; and
- videos of exemplary English teaching
